Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment options as shown during checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Most of our items are custom-made or made-to-order. Orders may not be canceled once production begins. Please contact us immediately at yes@romashkabridal.com if you need assistance.

3. Appointments & Consultations

We are honored to be part of your bridal journey and want to provide the best experience possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will incur a $50 non-refundable fee. This helps us respect the time of our stylists and other clients waiting for appointments.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and delicate nature of bridalwear and formal attire, most of our products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review all sizing and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item, reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to help.
